目的:探究骨科实施专病护理路径的措施及效果。方法:针对骨科传统护理模式中存在的问题,制定并实施骨科专病护理路径,针对以往工作中的问题进行改进,不断完善,具体内容包括积极推行国家医疗改革方案、做好骨科专病护理路径的全员培训、规范护理工作标准等。结果:在实施骨科专病护理路径后,护士的综合素质得到提高,医疗、护理行为更加规范,医护之间的配合也更加协调,有效缩短了患者的住院时间,解决了医疗开支,进一步完善了骨科专病护理服务质量。结论:实施骨科专病护理路径,能够提高护理质量,减少医疗开支,促进医护配合,为患者提供专业化、科学化、规范化的护理服务。
