山东农学会植物保护学组和山东省农业科学院植物保护研究所于1964年2月21日-25日在济南联合举行了地瓜黑斑病座谈会。会议针对我省地瓜黑斑病发生为害情况,对当前防治和研究工作进行了认真讨论,总结了群众防治经验,鉴定和评价了我省近几年来在这方面的研究成就,提出了今后研究方向和当前生产建议。
