目的研究桑叶化学成分的动态变化,为桑叶的质量控制提供依据。方法选取四川省大面积种植桑Morus alba L.的两个栽培品种,即红果2号和保坎61号,分别在每个居群定点选择8株树,应用HPLC指纹图谱,对桑叶的化学成分进行动态跟踪研究,探寻成分的变化规律。结果对4~11月份采集的128批次的供试品所得色谱峰进行比较分析,并标定出11个特征峰,指纹图谱的相似度均在0.9左右,所建立的指纹图谱稳定、重复性好;但所含化学成分的含量存在差异。结论相同栽培品种同一居群不同采摘时间桑叶的化学成分含量有较大差异,说明采摘时间对桑叶有效成分的含量有较大影响;有效成分的含量均在11月时最高。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of chemical constituents of mulberry leaves and provide the basis for the quality control of mulberry leaves. Methods Two cultivars of Morus alba L. were planted in large area in Sichuan Province, namely Hongguo 2 and Baokan 61, and 8 trees were selected from each site.
