随着社会的发展,我国体育教学也在改革变迁,在整个校园中蔓延着CBA联赛与大学生联赛,这些都成为大学校园生活中快速提升,不可或缺的运动,受到学生的认可,并加入到校园运动当中。但是师资队伍的现状存在如何,本文主要根据调查、访谈以及文献资料法对石家庄的高职院校进行了研究,根据高校中篮球教师的现状分析,得到影响教师教学方面的因素,这为促进校园文化与高校学生的身心健康有着重要意义。
With the development of society, the reform of physical education in our country is also undergoing changes. The CBA League and the League of University students are spreading throughout the campus. All of these have become the indispensable sports which are rapidly promoted in the campus life of the university. They are endorsed by students and added to Campus movement. However, the status quo of teachers exists. This paper mainly studies the higher vocational colleges in Shijiazhuang according to the survey, interviews and documentation methods. According to the analysis of the status quo of basketball teachers in colleges and universities, we get the factors that affect teachers’ teaching. This is to promote the campus Culture and physical and mental health of college students is of great significance.
