我们国家天然气消费比例正在逐年攀升,作为输气主要枢纽的场站的安全管理是生产重点区域,目前还没有针对输气场站风险的专业性分析技术。本文针对输气场站风险评价这一问题,结合目前比较成熟的安全评价技术,重点叙述了半定量评价技术在输气场站风险管理中的应用,介绍了LEC法、DOND法、指标体系评价法等三种方法的评价原理及操作步骤,利用此三种方法可以对输气场站内的作业风险、设备风险、系统风险进行评价,达到对输气场站全方面半定量评价的目的。
The proportion of natural gas consumption in our country is increasing year by year. The safety management of the station as the main hub of gas transmission is a key production area. There is no professional analytical technology for the risk of gas transmission station at present. In this paper, according to the problem of gas station risk assessment, combined with the current relatively mature safety assessment techniques, the application of semi-quantitative assessment techniques in risk management of gas station is mainly described. The LEC method, DOND method, Method and other three methods of evaluation principles and operational steps, the use of these three methods can be gas station within the operational risk, equipment risk and system risk assessment, to achieve full evaluation of gas station semi-quantitative purposes.
