1 临床及实验室资料 1.1 一般资料 154例中,男61例,女93例,年龄1.5～78岁。19岁以下22例,20～49岁,119例,50岁以上13例。接触毒物方式:口服95例皮肤接触或喷洒农药中毒59例。中毒药物中:敌敌畏中毒50例,“1605“农药中毒73例。乐果中毒18例,甲胺磷中毒12例,水胺硫磷中毒1例。总住院天数626天,平均4.06天。 1.2 临床表现 头晕乏力、食欲不振者26例,恶心呕吐者45例,腰痛腹泻者21例,瞳孔缩小者124例,大汗流涎者41例,血压升高心跳加快者86例,精神恍惚语言不清者25例,呼吸困难、口周发绀,肺水肿34例,肌颤43例,伴抽搐32例,神志不清昏迷
