目的探讨我院门诊女性继发不孕的常见病因,为临床防治提供参考。方法对2011年8月～2012年5月这段时间里我科门诊就诊的女性继发不孕患者500例临床资料,对其不孕病因进行回顾性分析。结果通过对临床资料等进行分析,发现在这500例患者中,女性继发不孕的常见病因主要为输卵管因素,排卵障碍,子宫内膜异位症以及其他的因素等。结论女性继发不孕病因以输卵管因素最为常见,其次为排卵障碍。
Objective To explore the common causes of secondary infertility in outpatients in our hospital and provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods From August 2011 to May 2012, 500 clinical data of female infertility patients in our clinic were retrospectively analyzed. Results Through the analysis of clinical data, we found that the common causes of female secondary infertility in these 500 patients were tubal factors, ovulation disorders, endometriosis and other factors. Conclusions Female infertility is the most common cause of tubal infertility, followed by ovulation disorder.
