对幼龄(7周龄)雌性SD大鼠连续4日投与维生素D_2(1.75×10~5单位/kg体重/d),同时用普通饲料喂养6周,诱发实验性钙质沉着,以此为对照组,与用添加了大柴胡汤提取剂(剂量为人常用量的10倍)的饲料喂养的大柴胡汤组进行比较研究。结果表明,大柴胡汤对幼龄雌性钙质沉着大鼠的钙和磷酸代谢没有影响。另外,对生育能力低下的老龄(约6月龄)雌性大鼠重复上述实验,并与腹腔内隔日投与雌二醇苯甲酸酯的大鼠进行比
Vitamin D2 (1.75×10~5 units/kg body weight/d) was administered to young (7-week-old) female Sprague-Dawley rats on four consecutive days and fed with common feed for 6 weeks to induce experimental calcium deposition. The control group was compared with the Dachaihu Decoction group that was fed with a diet supplemented with Da Chai Hu Tang extract (the dose was 10 times the amount commonly used by humans). The results showed that Dachaihu Decoction had no effect on calcium and phosphate metabolism in young female calcium precipitating rats.
