兔角膜穿孔伤后,房水中化学发光峰值和平均积分值与正常值相比显著增高(P<0.01)。提示眼前节创伤性炎症有自由基参与。这一发现加深了对眼前节创伤性炎症发病机理的认识,并有利于指导临床治疗。
After corneal perforating injury, the peak and mean integral of chemiluminescence in aqueous humor significantly increased compared with the normal value (P <0.01). Prompt anterior segment traumatic inflammation with free radicals involved. This finding deepens the understanding of the pathogenesis of traumatic inflammation in the anterior segment and helps to guide clinical treatment.
