贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄产区存在的土壤瘠薄、水分利用率低、产量不稳定等问题,制约着产业的发展。以酿酒葡萄“蛇龙珠”为试材,通过田间试验和室内分析,分别设置不同灌溉定额、不同灌溉梯度,研究不同灌溉管理措施对葡萄生长发育、品质以及光合作用的影响。结果表明:增加灌溉定额与灌溉频次有利于促进株高、新梢、副梢数的生长以及提高水分有效利用率;灌溉频次10次、灌溉定额4 950m~3·hm~(-2)处理可以有效地改善品质,而灌溉频次20次、灌溉定额5 850m~3·hm~(-2)处理下可溶性糖、总酸、单宁、花色苷含量显著降低;在酿酒葡萄生长期内适当增加灌溉有利于产量和单粒重的增加,而水分过多会抑制果穗的生长,灌溉频次10次、灌溉定额4 950m~3·hm~(-2)最适宜该地区酿酒葡萄的优质高效栽培。
