高校校报编辑的理论修养,决定着校报的编辑水平和出版质量。该文从校报工作实践出发,就校报功能、编辑主体现状以及时代要求等方面论述了加强校报编辑的政治理论、新闻理论和文化理论修养的意义、内容及其途径,对于加强校报队伍建设,促进高教新闻事业发展,具有一定的理论意义和实践指导意义。
The theoretical training of university newspaper editors determines the editorial level and publication quality of school newspapers. Based on the work of school newspaper, this paper discusses the significance, contents and ways of strengthening the school newspaper editors’ political theory, news theory and cultural theory cultivation in terms of the function of school newspaper, the status quo of editors and the requirements of the times. Team building, and promote the development of journalism in higher education, has a certain theoretical significance and practical guidance.
