县一级政府是贯彻落实中央、省和市(地)工作部署的执行机关,具有承上启下的重要作用。县委书记是一个县的领导核心,身处城市与乡村、宏观与微观、高层领导与基层领导的结合点上,担负着全面贯彻落实党的路线方针政策,维护一方稳定、发展一方经济、致富一方百姓的重要职责。结合自身县级政府工作实践,我认为做好新时期县委书记工作,必须做到以下“六个好”。
The county-level government is the executive organ that implements the work arrangements of the central, provincial, and municipal (prefectural) governments and has the important role of connecting and helping each other. County Party Secretary is the leading core of a county, living in urban and rural areas, macro and micro, the combination of high-level leadership and grassroots leadership, responsible for the full implementation of the party’s line, principles and policies, safeguarding one side of stability, developing one economy, one side to get rich People’s important duties. In combination with its own county-level government work practices, I think the following “six good” must be achieved in order to do a good job in party secretary work in the new era.
