我矿是一个人员少,技术力量差、产量不大的小矿。几年来,我们高举“鞍钢宪法”的旗帜,深入开展“工业学大庆”运动,艰苦奋斗创新业,自力更生建矿山,大搞群众性的技术革命和技术革新,深挖企业内部潜力,自一九七一年以来,共搞了十多项技术革新项目,由于提高了机械化水平,职工人数几乎没有增加,而石棉产量却增长近一倍,实现了增产不增人,为祖国的社会主义建设做出了贡献。现就五项主要的技术革新简介如下:
