近年来,我区农村牧区广大基层团组织在工作条件不尽如人意的情况下,恪尽职守、努力拼搏,克服重重困难,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,这是首先应该肯定的。但与此同时,我区农村牧区基层团组织仍然存在不少问题,在一定程度上影响了团组织职能的履行和作用的发挥。本文在大量调查研究的基础上,经过认真的分析研究,提出了加强内蒙古农牧区基层团组织建设的对策。
In recent years, the vast grassroots organizations in rural areas and pastoral areas in our region have made remarkable achievements in fulfilling their duties, working hard and overcoming difficulties with unsatisfactory working conditions. However, at the same time, there still exist many problems in the grass-roots league organizations in the rural pastoral areas of our region, to a certain extent, this has affected the fulfillment and role of the functions and functions of the CYL organizations. On the basis of a large number of investigations and studies, after careful analysis and research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the grass-roots mass organizations in the rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia.
