颜色是通过眼、脑和我们的生活经验所产生的一种对光的视觉效应。颜色词是语言中的重要组成部分,在很大程度上是通过建立在人体感知基础上的隐喻表达的。但是,尽管中西方对自然本色的认识和感受是大体一致的,但由于民族风俗、地理环境、思维方式、民族心理、文化背景以及历史发展等方面的差异,人们总是按照自己的独特的思维和价值去描摹事物的颜色,赋予词以自己民族的文化内涵。本文将通过对不同颜色词的分析,探究中西方颜色词的隐喻异同。
Color is a visual effect of light produced by the eyes, brain, and experience of our lives. Color words are an important part of the language and are largely expressed in terms of metaphors based on human perception. However, despite the similarities and differences between China and the West in their understanding of the nature of nature, people always follow their own unique thinking because of differences in ethnic customs, geographical environment, mode of thinking, national psychology, cultural background and historical development And the value to describe the color of things, given the word to their own nation’s cultural connotation. Through the analysis of different color terms, this article explores the similarities and differences between Chinese and western color terms.
