为了解某市熟肉制品卫生状况,我们检验了该市197份熟肉制品的三项卫生指标,细菌总数合格率86.29%;大肠菌合格率94.92%,检出致病菌4份占2.03%。
In order to understand the sanitary condition of some cooked meats in our city, we tested the three health indicators of 197 cooked meats in the city, with a pass rate of 86.29%, a pass rate of 94.92% and a prevalence of 2.03% .
