1960年,我从乌鲁木齐师范学校(现新疆师范大学)毕业后,留在了乌鲁木齐师范学校附小当教师。春节回胜利七场(现一师五团)探亲时,一家人团圆喜庆的气氛让我不想再回乌鲁木齐,就留在团场学校当教师。在团场工作了两三个月,亲戚朋友纷纷劝我说城里条件好、回去发展前途大,我的决心动摇了,正好乌鲁木齐师范学校附小也来函催我回去上班。几经考虑,我决定听从大家的劝说,回乌鲁木齐工作。可正当我收拾东西准备回乌鲁木齐时,学生们听说我要走,课间都围着我哭,
