1 前言弯曲变形是工程设计中最常见的基本变形,轧钢机的轧辊是经常进行强度计算的弯曲构件。目前,对轧辊承载能力的考核主要是通过弯扭的强度计算来确定的。但是,当前对弯矩值的确定大多采用数值计算法,作弯矩图。通常,对危险截面弯矩值的大小,一般采用截面一侧外力对截面形心力矩的代数和来求得。
1 Preface Bending deformation is the most common basic deformation in engineering design. Rollers in rolling mills are often bent members for strength calculations. At present, the assessment of roller bearing capacity is mainly determined by the calculation of the strength of bending and twisting. However, most of the current values of bending moment are calculated by numerical method and used as moment diagrams. In general, the magnitude of the moment value of the dangerous cross-section is usually obtained by using the algebraic sum of the cross-sectional centroid moment of the external force on one side of the cross-section.
