成县东街小学创建于1920年,是成县办学历史最悠久的县城小学。校园占地面积10000平方米,校舍建筑面积8205平方米。现有48个教学班,学生2800余人。教职工97人,其中有全国模范教师、省特级教师1人,陇南市名校长1人,陇南市名教师1人,省优秀教师2人,省骨干教师2人,省青年教学能手12人,市学科带头人、骨干教师、青年教学能手共7人,有20余名教师先后获得国家级、省级和市级优秀教师表彰奖励。学校管理精细精致,科学民主,以师生和学校发展为本;学校文化氛围浓郁,构建了以“三百文化”、阳光校园千人集体舞和“一级一品”为特色的校园文化,为了加强学校的物质文化建设,学校用红砖硬化了校园,铺设了草线跑道,营造了绿色校园;同时学校注重培养善教学、会教研的优秀骨干教师团队,精心打造发展型、学习
