保护劳动者在劳动过程的安全与健康,是我国的基本国策。为此,我国先后发布了《国家职业病防治规划(2009-2015)》、《安全生产十二五规划》、《中华人民共和国职业病防治法(修订稿)》。哪些技术措施能保障工矿企业职业安全?企业负责人、安全责任人必须选择并实施。本文简单介绍工矿企业可采用的技术措施及相关内容,以供工矿企业参考。
To protect the safety and health of workers in the labor process is the basic national policy of our country. To this end, China has promulgated the “National Occupational Disease Prevention Plan (2009-2015)”, “Safety Production 12th Five-Year Plan”, “People’s Republic of China Occupational Disease Prevention Law (Revised Draft).” Which technical measures can protect the industrial safety of industrial and mining enterprises? Business leaders, safety personnel must choose and implement. This article briefly introduces the industrial and mining enterprises can adopt the technical measures and related content for industrial and mining enterprises for reference.
