乃马岱井田位于鄂尔多斯高原的东部。地形呈西北高、东南低的斜坡状,最高点位于兰家圪卜四队东北处,海拔标高为1516.8m;最低点位于勘探区东南部边缘喇嘛庙河东渠内,海拔标高为1298.9m。最大地形高差217.9m。
Naima Dai Ida is located in the eastern Ordos Plateau. The terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast. The highest point is located at the northeast of the fourth member of the Lanjiaba group, with an elevation elevation of 1516.8m.
