建设节约型校园是坚持和落实科学发展观、实现学校可持续发展的重要体现,也是落实建设节约型和谐社会的具体行动,笔者认为建设节约型校园的关键是强化学校后勤管理。后勤管理就是要合理配置和充分利用现有资源,以实现经济增长与服务育人的双重效益。如何加强后勤管理,构建节约?
