笔者就解决高职院校在人才培养与企业用人上的“零差距”对接问题,拟通过论述校企文化融合内涵,比较高职校企文化在职业修行与文化内容上的差异,并对校企文化融合共性基点进行了阐述,明晰了高职校企文化融合的途径、措施等方面的个人观点。
