2000年西部迎来了大开发的新时期。作为医生,在新世纪西部腾飞的年代里,保护人民健康的任务将更加重大,因此必须有一支合格、称职的住院医师队伍。笔者就西部的地、县医院如何培养住院医师这个问题作如下探讨。
In 2000, the western region ushered in a new era of major development. As a doctor, the task of protecting people’s health will become even more significant in the era of the western region in the new century.
