The second session of the National Coordination Committee on Information and Documentation of Marine Literature was held in Tianjin from May 11 to May 13, 1999. A total of 35 representatives from 24 documents and information departments of the State Oceanic Administration, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, institutions of higher learning, Ministry of Land and Resources, Navy, China State Shipbuilding Corporation, Shandong Province and other systems or places attended the meeting . Deputy Director of the State Oceanic Administration Office and Financial Secretary Zhao Jihao attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
