(一) 問: 在‘机械製造’6卷9期上讀到張允綱先生那篇防銹的著作,其中談到用矽酸鹽或亞硝酸鈉溶液可使金屬表面形成薄膜,並可引起阻化作用。这使我体会到这样的做法同样可施之於導电的合金丝,使丝的表面形成一层薄的氧化膜,以阻止电流外洩,因而引起氧化絕緣的作用。同時在文章的引言中还談起外國有氧化法的經驗。我正在研究合金丝(主要是銅鎳合金)採用高溫氧化,通过像文中所示的化学溶液,促使合金丝表面氧化膜的產生,以達到氧化絕緣的目的,而供
