目的 :探讨复杂性肛瘘切除术后 期缝合的可行性。方法 :回顾性分析 1998年至今实施此手术的 37例病人的临床资料。结果 :治愈 35例 ,失败 2例 ,治愈率 94%。住院时间 8～ 40 d,平均 17d。结论 :选择合适的病人实施此手术是安全有效的。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of suture in complicated resection of anal fistula. Methods: The clinical data of 37 patients who underwent this operation from 1998 to now were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 35 cases were cured, 2 cases failed, the cure rate was 94%. Hospitalization time 8 ~ 40 d, an average of 17d. Conclusion: It is safe and effective to choose the right patient for this operation.
