有的幼师抱怨幼儿园的教学工作难以开展,得不到家长的理解和认同,小孩子一个个调皮捣蛋,顽劣不堪。有的幼师则认为幼儿园就是负责学生在园期间的安全问题,会做几个游戏,唱几首歌就够了,至于学生能不能在幼儿园中学到实质性的东西,都不在考虑的范围内。笔者结合教学实践,谈谈幼儿园教学的“三心”法。一、热心幼儿园学生的家长大部分都是第一次当父母,他们对于孩子在幼儿园的表现非常关心,迫切想要知道他们的孩子是否是个乖孩
