黑拟谷盗Tribolium madens(Charp.),是新疆、甘肃、青海、宁夏等地面粉厂害虫,亦能为害小麦的胚乳。国内尚未报道此虫的生物学特性的论文。其卵在17℃以下,22、27、30、35、37、40℃不同温度及相对湿度40%、70%条件下处理后,卵孵化率有明显的差异。可分三个温区:17℃以下及40℃时卵孵化率为O,37℃孵化率为50%左右,其它温度下黑拟谷盗卵有70%以上孵化。从卵期来言,温度低卵期长,温度高卵期短。湿度对卵孵化率无影响。在温度17℃以下及37℃时黑拟谷盗幼虫不能进入蛹期。赤拟谷盗、杂拟谷盗在37℃时却有部分幼虫化蛹。27℃黑拟谷盗、杂拟谷盗幼虫死亡率为10%,赤拟谷盗在20%以下。黑拟谷盗个体幼虫在此温度条件下需要32—40天才能全部化蛹,群聚生活的幼虫二个月内仍处于幼虫期。赤拟谷盗、杂拟谷盗个体与群体幼虫化蛹天数的差异不如黑拟谷盗明显。相对湿度70%,温度范围20—30℃条件下黑拟谷盗幼虫发育随温度升高而加快,幼虫期缩短。黑拟谷盗蛹期在35℃为4.3天,27℃为5.6天,22℃为20天。黑拟谷盗卵孵化卒,幼虫发育仅仅在低湿条件下一个很狭窄的温度范围25—30℃内最佳。卵期、幼虫发育期,蛹期均短。且幼虫具有群聚性而延长幼虫期的特性,从而导致在西北某些地区偶而发现黑拟谷盗成虫的现象。
