“创城”对于改善城市形象、提升城市品位、美化人居环境、提高居民生活质量、增强城市综合竞争力,加强基层建设和社区管理具有重要的意义。而作为城市发展见证的老旧居民小区,由于历史原因,与“创城”指标存在很大差距,是创城工作中的难点之一。通过对老旧小区的综合治理,使之达到文明、卫生、环保和园林化的“创城”目标,是小区物业管理重中之重。因此,必须有效整合资源、统筹力量,全方位推进。
“Create City ” is of great significance for improving the image of the city, upgrading the city grade, beautifying the living environment, improving the quality of life of the residents, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the city, and strengthening grassroots construction and community management. As an old residential area witnessed by urban development, due to historical reasons, there is a big gap with the index of “creating a city”, which is one of the difficulties in creating a city. Through the comprehensive management of the old and the old district, making it reach the goal of “creating a city” of civilization, health, environmental protection and gardenification, it is the top priority of residential property management. Therefore, we must effectively integrate resources, make overall efforts and push forward in all aspects.
