我年轻的时候,立志要当一名石油工人。愿望终于实现了,那是1964年5月的一天,我真的和另外四个姑娘一起当上了采油工。第一天上班,我们五个姑娘没有正式岗位。队长说要我们从感官上增强对采油工的认识,这样对我们今后的工作会有很大的帮助。他径直把我们带到大庆油田老标杆井四排四十井女子井组去参观。这是我第一次见到采油树、分离器、值班房里的水套炉,我们还亲眼看了师傅们是怎样工作的。说实在的,那种新奇感和对采油女工的敬佩,激起我对未来的憧憬,一辈子当好采油工的决心,填满了我的胸怀。
When I was young, I decided to be an oil worker. Aspiration finally arrived, it was one day in May 1964, and I was really working with four other girls as a picker. The first day of work, we five girls do not have a formal post. The captain said that asking us to sensitize our understanding of the oil-producing workers would be of great help to our future work. He took us straight to the fourth well Weizai well of the old benchmarking shaft in Daqing Oilfield. This is the first time I’ve seen the Christmas tree, the splitter, the water jacket furnace in the house, and we’ve also seen first-hand how the chefs work. To be honest, the kind of novelty and admiration for the oil-producing women workers sparked my longing for the future and my determination to be a lifelong oil-worker and filled my mind.
