介绍了汽车发动机生产线上的生产数据的备份与大屏显示信息管理系统的设计。数据备份系统通过对数据库存储过程的调用,把生产数据在同一局域网中的数据库之间进行传递,实现把实时服务器中的生产数据传递至备份服务器,减少实时服务器中的数据,有效减轻实时服务器的运行负担。大屏显示系统利用消息队列接收从生产线下线工位发出的信号,自动打印下线发动机的发动机号,并从服务器数据库中检索发动机产量。自动更新装配车间双面LED显示屏幕上的已下线发动机数量。
