由于语言环境限制和语料摄入不足等因素的影响,中国大学生的英语写作能力不容乐观。大量二语写作元认知研究表明,一名优秀的二语写作者应该对作为写作者的自己、写作任务的本质和实现写作目标所用的适当策略三者有着丰富的元认知知识,而且能够设定写作目标并对其进行评估。本文简要介绍了英语写作元认知理论,并在此基础上着重探讨了,如何借助有效的写作策略培养和提高学习者的英语写作水平。
Due to the limitation of language environment and the lack of corpus intake, the Chinese college students’ English writing ability is not optimistic. Extensive Second Language Writing Metacognition studies show that an excellent second language writer should have a wealth of metacognitive knowledge of the writer as himself, the nature of the writing task, and the appropriate strategy for achieving the writing goal Set writing goals and evaluate them. This article briefly introduces the theory of metacognition in English writing, and on this basis, focuses on how to develop and improve learners’ English writing skills through effective writing strategies.
