以玉米杂交种0425为材料,在授粉后第2天进行去叶处理,测定了处理后果穗中部和上部籽粒在籽粒形成期的粒重、呼吸、可溶性糖含量及乙烯释放量的变化。结果表明,不同程度去叶处理都影响了籽粒的发育,造成籽粒败育率的升高。相对于穗粒数而言,粒重的变化较小。处理明显降低了上部籽粒的呼吸强度及蔗糖浓度水平,同时也刺激了籽粒内源乙烯代谢。研究认为,去叶处理后顶部籽粒乙烯释放量的增加、呼吸强度及糖代谢活性降低与籽粒败育密切相关。
Taking corn hybrid 0425 as material, the leaf was treated on the second day after pollination, and the changes of grain weight, respiration, soluble sugar content and ethylene release in middle and upper ear were measured. The results showed that different degrees of leaf removal all affected the development of grain, resulting in the increase of the rate of grain abortion. Compared with the number of grains per spike, the change of grain weight is small. Treatment significantly reduced the respiration rate and sucrose concentration of the upper grain, as well as stimulated endogenous ethylene metabolism in the grain. It is concluded that the increase of ethylene emission, the decrease of respiration rate and the activity of glucose metabolism in the top seed after leaf treatment are closely related to the abortion of the grain.
