青岛,一座在海浪拍打声中疾速奔行的城市,一座刚刚走过百年却在19世纪末就使用电力的城市。“十五”前四年,国内生产总值以平均15.2%的速度增长,提前完成了主要计划指标。相应地,青岛市的全社会用电量年均增长12%,全社会最大负荷年均增长11.3%,用电量连年居山东省第一。
Qingdao, a city booming in the waves of the sea, a city that has just passed centuries but used electricity at the end of the 19th century. In the first four years of the Tenth Five-Year Plan, China’s GDP grew at an average rate of 15.2%, completing major planned targets ahead of schedule. Correspondingly, the electricity consumption of the whole society in Qingdao has an average annual increase of 12% and the maximum load of the whole society has an average annual increase of 11.3%. Electricity consumption ranks first in Shandong Province in recent years.
