为解决目前软岩支护加固只从力的平衡角度着手,需经常返修的问题。以硅烷偶联剂作改性材料,改善软岩自身力学和物理化学性质,研究其改性前后试样防水性、强度特性以及与水泥和萘系减水剂的相容性。试验结果表明:硅烷偶联剂改性试样表面疏水性增加3.5倍、防水性提高80%;强度提高程度与改性温度密切相关,80℃抗拉强度增加最大为0.94倍;硅烷偶联剂与水泥浆有良好的相容性。工程实践结果表明:压注改性水泥浆,能够有效防止矿井水对岩体的侵蚀,较好的保持了原有的物性,同时水泥浆填充围岩裂隙,改变围岩的松散结构,从而使锚杆支护系统对软岩巷道的支护效果显著提升。
To solve the current soft rock supporting reinforcement only from the point of view of balance of force, the need for regular repair problems. The silane coupling agent is used as the modified material to improve the mechanical and physicochemical properties of the soft rock. The waterproof and strength properties of the sample before and after modification are also studied. The compatibility of the sample with the cement and naphthalene superplasticizer is also studied. The results show that the surface hydrophobicity of the modified silane coupling agent is increased by 3.5 times and the water resistance is improved by 80%. The degree of strength improvement is closely related to the modification temperature and the maximum tensile strength increases by 0.94 times at 80 ℃. The results of engineering practice show that the pressure-injected modified cement slurry can effectively prevent the mine water from attacking the rock mass and better maintain the original physical properties. Meanwhile, the grouting slurry fills the cracks in the surrounding rock and changes the loose structure of the surrounding rock, Bolting support system for soft rock tunnel support effect significantly improved.
