随着国家的宏观调控,市场竞争日愈加剧,价格战进入了白热化阶段。近年来原材料价格不断上涨,直接导致工程施工企业利润大幅下滑和资金运转困难,企业面临极大的竞争压力。因此,想要在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,就必须坚持科学的成本管理原则,遵循正确的成本管理程序,实施有效的项目成本管理。本文仅对工程项目成本管理、控制进行分析,对项目成本管理中存在的不足进行探讨,并提出改进措施和建议。

Therefore, if you want to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition, you must adhere to the scientific principle of cost management, follow the correct cost management procedures, and implement effective project cost management. This article only analyzes the cost management and control of the project, discusses the existing problems in the project cost management, and puts forward the improvement measures and suggestions.
