在我国目前的经济体系中,国有企业作为国民经济的支柱产业,在我国经济建设中的作用非常关键。国企的政工干部在国企思想政治建设中发挥了举足轻重的作用,当前多元化市场经济的不断冲击对国企的政工干部提出了更高的要求。本文作者总结了多年的国企政工工作经验并结合当前国企政工工作所面临的形势,提出一些提高国有企业政工干部素质的意见和建议,希望能够为同样从事国企政工工作的同仁们借鉴,以期们在未来的工作中共同进步和提高。
In our current economic system, the role of state-owned enterprises in the economic construction of our country as a pillar industry of the national economy is crucial. The state-owned enterprises ’political cadres have played a pivotal role in the ideological and political construction of state-owned enterprises. The current diversified market economy has imposed ever-higher demands on the state-owned enterprises’ political and cadres. The author summarizes many years of work experience of state-owned enterprises and political workers, combined with the current situation of the work of state-owned enterprises political work, put forward some opinions and suggestions to improve the quality of state-owned enterprises cadres, hoping to work for the same work of state-owned enterprises and political colleagues to learn from Future work together to improve and progress.
