1980年9月在杭州召开的全国气象科普创作会上,宁夏编制的彩色电视科教片《人工降雨》得到广泛好评,宁夏电教馆被大会评为全国气象科普创作先进单位。
At the national meteorological popular science creation conference held in Hangzhou in September 1980, Ningxia’s color television science and education film “Artificial Rainfall” was widely acclaimed. Ningxia Electro Education Hall was appraised as the advanced unit of national meteorological popular science creation.
