加强公务员职业道德建设,对于加强公务员队伍的党性修养、建设服务型政府具有重要意义。公务员职业道德的法制化建设有其法理基础、职业基础和实践基础。我国公务员职业道德法制化建设尚在起步阶段,存在道德标准过高、管理机构缺位、配套制度缺失等问题。完善我国公务员职业道德法制化建设,可以从完善立法和法律保障两方面着手。
Strengthening the construction of civil servants’ professional ethics is of great significance to strengthening the party’s self-cultivation of the civil servants and building a service-oriented government. Civil service professional ethics of the legal system has its legal foundation, occupation foundation and practice. China’s civil service legal ethics construction is still in its infancy, there are too many ethical standards, the absence of regulatory agencies, the lack of supporting systems and other issues. Perfecting the legal construction of civil servants’ professional ethics in our country can start from both the improvement of legislation and the guarantee of law.
