目的:了解农村地区各种出生缺陷患儿对陪护人精神健康的影响。方法:采用Beck-Srivastava压力量表(BSSI)对424名陪护人的压力源、压力强度进行检测,同时结合症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其心理健康情况进行综合评定。结果:出生缺陷患儿陪护人BSSI得分最小值51分,最大值118分,平均(78.17±10.54)分,明显高于临界值;陪护人在SCL-90量表的所有因子的得分均高于普通农村人口,且在强迫、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖4个因子,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性在SCL-90量表各因子得分普遍高于女性,且在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和精神病性5个因子得分差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:出生缺陷患儿不仅会给家庭带来经济负担,更会在很大程度上影响其陪护人尤其是男性陪护人的精神健康。
Objective: To understand the impact of children with birth defects in rural areas on the mental health of caregivers. Methods: The pressure source and pressure intensity of 424 caregivers were measured by Beck-Srivastava pressure scale (BSSI), and their mental health status was evaluated by SCL-90. Results: The score of BSSI score of children with birth defects was 51 points, the maximum was 118 points, the average was (78.17 ± 10.54) points, significantly higher than the critical value; all the scores of SCL-90 (P <0.01). Male SCL-90 scores in all factors were generally higher than those in women, and in compulsion, depression and anxiety There was a significant difference between the five factors of horror and psychosis (P <0.01). Conclusion: Children with birth defects not only bring financial burden to families, but also greatly affect the mental health of their family members, especially male mate.
