本文提出了一个简便的分光光度法,用来测定作物中甲胺磷的残留量.试样用丙酮提取和减压浓缩后,以中性氧化铝、活性炭为吸附剂进行柱色谱净化.流出液浓缩后用碱水解,生成的甲硫醇和亚硝酸反应生成酯.酯水解后游离出来的亚硝酸经重氮化和偶合反应形成红色偶氮化合物.在波长520nm下测定其吸光度.干扰杂质可用乙酸乙酯萃取消除.试样取量为50克时,最低检测量为0.05ppm.回收率为85%.
This article presents a simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of methamidophos residues in crops.The sample is extracted with acetone and concentrated under reduced pressure and purified by column chromatography using neutral alumina and activated charcoal as the adsorbent.The effluent After condensation, it is hydrolyzed with alkali, and the resulting methylmercaptan reacts with nitrous acid to form esters. The nitrous acid liberated after hydrolysis of the ester undergoes diazotization and coupling reaction to form a red azo compound. The absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 520 nm.
