During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, Qingdao Expressway broke through the 700-kilometer mark and made an important contribution to the breakthrough of 4,000 kilometers of expressways in Shandong Province. Expressway mileage has ranked first in the country for 17 consecutive years among the sub-provincial cities in the world and has reached the world level Developed city level. At present, all urban districts and counties in Qingdao have achieved high-speed connections, and the “one-hour economic circle” has been fully realized.
