目的:总结颅脑损伤院前急救处理的正确方法。方法:对275例颅脑损伤患者院前急救病例进行回顾性分析。结果:全组颅脑损伤患者经现场及时判断与积极处理后送回本医院就诊,无一例发生中途死亡。结论:对脑外伤病例施行积极的院前诊治,可以为患者入院后的继续治疗赢得宝贵时间,提高生存率。
Objective: To summarize the correct method of prehospital emergency treatment for craniocerebral injury. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 275 cases of traumatic brain injury in patients with prehospital emergency. Results: All patients with craniocerebral injury were promptly diagnosed on the spot and sent to the hospital for treatment. None of them died midway. Conclusion: The positive prehospital diagnosis and treatment of cases of traumatic brain injury can win valuable time and improve the survival rate of patients after continuing treatment.
