促进小城镇的发展是加快城乡一体化进程的重要内容之一,平衡城乡发展关系,统筹城乡共同发展,有利于配置和优化双方的资源,实现劳动力、资金与土地等资源的互补。本文首先对小城镇的城乡统筹发展模式的意义和必要性作了说明,并分析了现阶段我国小城镇发展中存在的一些普遍性问题,并相应地提出一些改善建议和解决途径。
To promote the development of small towns is an important part of accelerating the process of urban-rural integration. Balancing the urban-rural development relations and coordinating the common development of urban and rural areas will help to allocate and optimize the resources of both sides and complement the resources of labor, capital and land. This paper first explains the significance and necessity of the mode of urban and rural integrated development in small towns and analyzes some common problems existing in the development of small towns in our country at the present stage, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement and corresponding solutions.
