由国家税务总局、中央电视台、中国电视艺术委员会、中国电视艺术家协会联合举办的全国“税收与改革”电视小品比赛,经过近半年的紧张准备,在全国33个省、市、自治区推荐的60个电视小品的基础上,于1993年8月21日至28日在京召开评审会。《考女婿》等20部作品分别获得一、二、三等奖和优秀奖,10个省、区税务局获得组织奖。为了保证评审的权威性、公正性和严肃性,比赛组委会聘请了有关领导、专家、学者和专业人员组成评审领导小组,由国家税务总局副局长杨崇春担任组长,经过认真审片、评议,采取无记名投票方式,决定入选作品。评审分为初评、终评两个阶
