糖尿病在全球的发病率逐年升高,其相关的并发症是导致患者致死、致残的主要原因。其中,糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病患者最常见的并发症。随着研究的不断深入,人们认识到慢性炎症与糖尿病神经病变密切相关,控制机体的慢性炎症可能会延缓糖尿病神经病变。而进一步地了解炎性介质及通路在糖尿病神经病变中的作用机制,将有助于发现潜在的抗炎方法,以更好地延缓糖尿病神经病变的进展。“,”The incidence of diabetes mellitus has been increasing worldwide year by year ,and the related complications account for increased morbidity and mortality .Diabetic neuropathy is the most common compli-cation of diabetes mellitus.With the deepening of the research,the association between inflammatory biomar -kers and the occurrence of diabetic neuropathy has been recognized.Taking a control of the chronic inflam-mation of the body may delay the progression of diabetic neuropathy .Advances in the understanding of the roles of these key inflammatory molecules and pathways in diabetic neuropathy will facilitate the discovery of the potential anti-inflammatory approaches for delaying the development of neuropathy .
