用浇注方法制备了不同的Mg_2Si/Al复合材料,研究Si含量和冷却速率对Mg_2Si/Al复合材料的组织与耐磨性能的影响并分析其机理。结果表明,随着Mg_2Si/Al复合材料中Si含量的上升,初生Mg_2Si相的数量逐渐增多而尺寸不断减小,初生Si相的数量不断增加而尺寸基本不变或略有增加;随着冷却速率的增加,Mg_2Si/Al复合材料中的初生Mg_2Si相和Si相的数量不断增加且尺寸不断减少;在干滑动磨损条件不变的前提下,随着Si含量的逐渐上升,Mg_2Si/Al复合材料的磨损体积不断减小。
Different Mg_2Si / Al composites were prepared by casting method. The effects of Si content and cooling rate on the microstructure and wear resistance of Mg_2Si / Al composites were studied and the mechanism was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of Si content in Mg_2Si / Al composites, the amount of primary Mg_2Si phase gradually increases and the size decreases. The amount of primary Si phase keeps increasing while the size does not change or increases slightly. With the increase of cooling rate , The amount of primary Mg 2 Si phase and Si phase in Mg 2 Si / Al composites increased and the size decreased continuously. With the increase of Si content under the condition of dry sliding wear, the content of Mg 2 Si / Al composites Wear volume continues to decrease.
