目的探究晚期消化道恶性肿瘤姑息治疗的临床应用价值,以供参考。方法 98例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组患者采用鸦胆子油乳注射液进行姑息治疗,观察组患者在鸦胆子油乳注射液的基础上加用复方苦参注射液进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液联合复方苦参注射液治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤具有显著的临床效果,可提升患者的生活质量,缓解患者的疾病痛苦。
Objective To explore the clinical value of palliative treatment of advanced gastrointestinal malignancies for reference. Methods A total of 98 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Brucea javanica oil emulsion for palliative treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with Fufang Kushen injection on the basis of Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Brucea javanica oil injection combined with compound Kushen injection for the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer has a significant clinical effect, can improve the quality of life of patients and alleviate the patient’s disease pain.
