对两类合金,即Ni-Fe-Nb和Ni-Fe-Nb-Al合金的热处理和磁性进行了实验。Ni-Fe-Nb合金经高温处理后与工业常用的钼坡莫合金同样具有较高的起始磁导率和最大磁导率。我们对Ni-Fe-Nb和4钼坡莫合金的物理参数进行了比较。 Ni-Fe-Nb-Al合金有较高的硬度和电阻率。经过两次联合处理,可以达到较为适用的磁导率值。 Ni-Fe-Nb-Al合金经高温缓慢冷却发生了调幅结构,调幅结构的周期约50单胞(数)或160埃。Ni-Fe-Nb-Al合金经970℃加热后快速冷却可以抑制调幅结构。具有调幅结构的材料硬度较高,矫顽力也略为增高。
Experiments were performed on the heat treatment and magnetic properties of two types of alloys, Ni-Fe-Nb and Ni-Fe-Nb-Al alloys. Ni-Fe-Nb alloy after high temperature treatment with the industry commonly used molybdenum permalloy also has a higher initial permeability and maximum permeability. We compared the physical parameters of Ni-Fe-Nb and 4 molybdenum permalloy. Ni-Fe-Nb-Al alloy has a higher hardness and resistivity. After two joint treatment, you can achieve more suitable permeability value. The amplitude modulation of the Ni-Fe-Nb-Al alloy occurs after slowly cooling at high temperature, and the period of the amplitude modulation structure is about 50 cells or 160 angstroms. The rapid cooling of the Ni-Fe-Nb-Al alloy heated at 970 ℃ can suppress the amplitude modulation structure. Materials with an AM structure have higher hardness and slightly higher coercivity.
